The coupler on my trailer seems to be sticking when I try to disconnect it. I have an Atwood Hydraulic coupler. It has a small release lever on the top. It worked fine up till I had to disconnect it with my truck at a 45 degree angle to the trailer. I couldn't get the release lever to open fully. I finally just disconnected my receiver from the truck and then it uncoupled, but ever since then it wont release cleanly and I end up jacking the trailer up until the coupler pops off the hitch. Does anyone know of any adjustments that can be made to fix this?

Mine sticks too, since new. I just jump on the bumper a couple of times and it releases. I suppose I could grease it more, but I haven't yet.

I've tried that but the problem is the release lever won't fully open anymore. The lever feels like it's on a spring, or hydraulic.
