Trade Tech Services for Use Privledges Dana Point or Newport Beach

I am looking for a 340 or larger SeaRay where i will perform all routine mechanical,electrical,plumbing, and systems maintenence in exchange for use privledges. I am very busy and would not want use on any major holidays and honestly may go to catalina 2 or 3 times a year along with a few harbor cruises and sleepovers. I am certified in just about everything and am extremely familar with SeaRay as I have prviously been a Service Manager for a major SeaRay Dealership. Im still in the marine business and have a great lake boat that is just too nice to put in the saltwater. Dana Point is my first choice and Newport Beach the second. I live closer to DanaPoint but work in Newport.
