Too hot to go boating?

I just went to check on the boat. I am going to turn in my man card, drink lots of beer and stay pool side today. (This temp is with the canvas up, I'm sure it would drop to a chilly 105 once I take down the curtains)

just got to the boat... forgot to turn the air up when I left the other day.. 73 on the bridge and 72 in the cabin. Perfect boating weather.

If you were here, you wouldn't be able to see out the bridge windows! Your whole boat would be "sweating"..lol I have both chillers going in the shop while I'm finishing the boat and it's still in the 90's in here! Can't wait till Tuesday and get to the ramp in Lauderdale! It's almost time to start the "party"!!

Oh, and Ron, you are right about summer in Baltimore

Lived in Arbutus for 4 years - I KNOW!

F-cove - Man I wouldn't go in there on a bet!

We were at Pelican Island today. HOT. No jellies - but the water was not refreshing at all. But better than sitting on the boat!

Not until you change that heinous Timmy Turner avatar.

Took the dinghy out yesterday, jumped out, drifted with the current for 4 hours. Nice.

We do. It's part of my new exfoliating regiment.

I need one of those rub rail plastic things to divert the sweat from flowing down my butt crack. Don't want black streaks.

Never too hot for boating!!! I live on the north shore of Long Island but boat on the south shore primarily for the beaches and the cool ocean breezes!!!

Not to mention the soft grounding versus the hard on the north shore:thumbsup:

Its great skinny dipping weather also. ..

There's no shrinkage in this HOT weather.

Survived Aquapalooza at Tim's Rivershore. Water temp was 92! Air temp was over 100.
Wasn't all that bad though.

It ended up topping out at 93.2F yesterday (Saturday). I think that's a new record.

I'd give my left nut to feel some warmth today! This is what I woke to this morning.....

It's never too hot for boating and the AC on the bridge thing, it's great... 75* or colder at 100 degrees... Two Air Handlers and it's like a Tornado...Or something..
