Hi all I have a 1986 searay sundance 27' with a maserating toilet and when it turns on to build pressure it stinks outside like a bad outhouse help.......

You need a "Fart Filter" my friend. Do a search on this site. Lots info here on that.

You can also dump a half a bottle of Pinesol down after you pump out, but the real fix is the vent filter.
After changing the filter flush and pump with fresh water a few times, after doing mine i needed to put fresh water in the tank and pump it out a few times. Smells like roses now!!!!!
Ps, if it still smells ,its said that when the hoses get old they obsorb the bacteria and only replacing them will fix it. Lets keep our fingers crossed its not the case,
