Hello. So, it has been a few years since I did this job - but I remember it wasn't fun. Crazy that I am considering doing it again, huh. I remember I had a really hard time getting the bellows to slide onto the housing on the transom side. I remember that most of the issue wasn't size, but rather the glue. From what I remembered it was a contact type of glue and when I started to slide the bellows on it would grab and I couldn't slide it any more. I finally got it on, but it was a bear. This time I will be changing a Bravo 3 bellows versus an Alpha Gen 1 last time.
Any tips on just the gluing part of this job? Should it slide fairly easily on the housing with the glue in place and dried?
