Time Stamp on CSR

Whenever I view the time of my last visit or time of a recent post, it seems off by many hours. Is the "official time" based on a certain time zone or is there a user setting that I need to change to reflect correct posting times?

Many thanks. I was in a time zone for Casablanca...I guess if I had to be on the wrong time, that would be an interesting one to have somehow defaulted into.

The lower left hand side of your screen should tell you what time you are on.
Mine tells me "All times are GMT -4".
