TIME SENSITIVE: need advice on destinations and sights in MIAMI

I'm heading down to Miami (Coconut Grove) tonight, January 28, 2013 and, last minute, have decided to rent a boat for the day.

Anyone with local knowledge out there that can recommend some good spots to drop anchor, swim, stop for lunch, sight see, etc? Oh, also, I'd like to check out some of the better marinas from the water side. Any suggestions?
