Time and route taken from Raritan Bay to Sag Harbor in LI.

Just wondering who has made this trip and how long it took you and route? Was looking at doing this trip in the next month or so.

Thanks for the any input. I will be leaving from Morgan Marina in Parlin, NJ.

I did not do this exact route as I was in Red Bank, but it is approximately 123nm into NY Harbor, the East River, Long Island Sound, through Plum Gut and down Gardiners Bay. 5 hours at 25 knots.
