Too cold to do anything fun!

Man...I can't even take my kids out sledding. They're freezing their feet, hands and faces off after 20 minutes in single digit temps, below zero wind chill. It's been a brutal few weeks.

I'm hoping this means we're going to have a long hot summer for 2018. Michigan deserves a good one...

Been extremely cold here in Maryland but still have to check the ice eaters at the marina daily

I hope so too. Monday I will be reserving our Muskegon State Park July camping trip. Last July it was too cold to take a nice leisurely swim in Lake Michigan.

Minus 10 in Indianapolis this Morning.

Looks like lake levels will still be high. That is a constant problem at our marina in New Buffalo.

There isn't much ice on Superior or Michigan, maybe a couple inches will evaporate off.
