Mitchell Park is still where you want to stay. It is a protected marina with concrete floating docks. The cable tv also works there. It is one of the nicest marinas I've been to.

Were doing the third week in August from Milford to Block for the Flotilla. It should be a great run. We are planning on going to Mitchell Park the second weekend in August.

If you guys will start your trip on Sat Aug 9th, chances are you'll catch a caravan of boats heading East via Plum Gut, passing Greenport to Shelter Island for the flotilla. For those that are looking for some guidance I would follow the flotilla thread and coordinate with CT folks, so you can travel together.
In Greenport, I've stayed in Townsend Manor. It tucked away as cozy and quite place. It's only 10-15min walk to town where all activity takes place. I've never stayed in Brewers (which is right next to Townsend), and we didn't care much for Mitchell's. I'm not saying it's not a good marina, we just preferred Townsend over it anytime we're in Greenport.
Those that consider going to dock and dine restaurants there, keep in mind that as of last year they're charging $1 p/f tie-up fee.
Those that will make it to Greenport on the weekend of Aug 9th, take a ride to Westneck Harbor and meet the CSR flotilla.
