Thermostat 140 or 160?

I was going to order replacement thermostats for my 7.4L Bluewater Mercruisers. The engines are carbureated GenV. I've seen both 140 and 160 degree Tstats for the same part number. Searched threads to no avail . . . anyone know which is recommended?

Thanks for the response. Marine Max says 160 for both, go figure. I stopped in there the other day and they showed me the item # references. Guess I'll see what's in there when I pull them out.
