The Turtle goes south

I must have missed it.
How far is the turtle going.....or do we have to watch to see?

I hope !!, Mike is not going over there to find a Australia pig mate for KJ.

Cap'n Mike

You all going to be in the area for dinner tonight? Rumor has it that Four Suns is picking up the tab.

Looks like winds at your back from 7-10 mph, about 60 degrees and overcast. Maybe not exactly a great boating day, but, you shouldn't get beat to death either.

A wee bit foggy this morning!!! Keep a close eye out for floating debris.....you should feel right at home in the BIH....very similar to NYC Harbor..

Have a safe day..........

No AIS....but he does have iPhone and iPad. He 'Could' send us a drop pin every so often......

I'll check in once a day but have to get out after about 10 seconds. It's like watching paint dry (no offense Mike!) I'd rather watch Dom's security cams.

I sure hope he can see better than I can, looks like the burgee is just barely visible

Turtle, move the camera back up or down like yesterday PM. Right now, the windshield cross bar blocks 100% of the horizon. Thank you. (Maybe there just isn't a horizon?)

^^^ and when yopu pass something big (tug) show it if you can. When I hear you say "holy cr@p, lookat the size of that thing" let us see....please?

Mike - Rule 35: (in part)
(a) A power-driven vessel making way through the water shall sound at intervals of not more than 2 minutes one prolonged blast.

(b) A power-driven vessel underway but stopped and making no way through the water shall sound at intervals of no more than 2 minutes two prolonged blasts in succession with an interval of about 2 seconds between them.

He is probably too busy staring into the fog for all of that camera moving stuff, I know I would be. Yes I would like to see that stuff also, I was watching when he and the tug captain were talking, never did see the tug, but that is ok, their safety is more important.

Jeff, the moment I saw the clip I was trying to hear if Mike is sounding his horn or not, but all I could hear the horns from the distance. So, I was goint to post the same question, why we don't hear Mike's horn every 2min?

Due to poor vis. it's hard to tell, but at the beginning it looked like he's moving fast. What was your speed, Mike?

Mike, I totally agree on the camera location. Please make some adjustments.
