The Smell of Diesel exhaust in the morning...

No issues with the boat other than it being overproped. The props will be tweaked next month after I put together the DOM running spreadsheet and get accurate running numbers so they can be fine tuned.

for the engines I hired an engine surveyor. Came highly recommended and I endorse that recommendation. He worked for CAT, but is indie now.

We'll see how that "big boat" handles the Delaware Bay....

You're talking to BAD WEATHER TURTLE. This thing will be like taking the queen mary through an afternoon sprinkle. You guys stay inside too much, must be those greenheads.

Now taking it through plum gut during a tide... I think that'll still scare the poop out of me in this boat.

What a move! That burgee has got to look like it's in the next zip code!
Congrats and best of luck with her.

Mike...congrats....screw the 2 foot itis....nice jump up in size....look forward to some good stories.

I don't recall seeing any loose bolts in my bilge. but i'll look again.

pig dog has yet to see the new boat. but she's seen Dave's boat many many times... from the dock. I think she will be thrilled that I can store enough food for a month. I also think she will like the step up to the bed now that she's getting older.

As far as the dink... she will like this the best. She has her own seat in the bow. Unfortunately she won't see the boat until the spring. but i've been showing pics to her every day.

Congrats on the move up ! Someday...someday...
