I looked into that, the shipping was crazy high. I will check TopBourbon.MrsR, you can get Buffalo online. I pay just about the same at TopBourbon as we do in the ABC store.

I like the simple label old looking bottle. Note - it's getting close to empty ;-)I'm at beer guy by trade. My favorite is Bud Light. I stock this in my boat fridge as well as my porch fridge (chilled to a cool 33 deg F) My new favorite whiskey is Uncle Nearest. Very smooth. Great story too on this. Uncle Nearest taught Jack Daniels how to make whiskey.

Some friends of mine found an old pre prohibition whiskey in another friends grandfather's barn I drank it in Coke and after I tasted it thought what a fool am I smoothest whiskey I've ever had or will have. He was such a good guy he let me have another drink straight damn that was good.i then realized how good great whiskey can tasteI found a bottle of that in my dad's bar....unopened....no telling how long it had been in there. (Dad passed away in 2015, so I wasn't stealing it from him, per se) Brought it to the boat to share with friends. I knew nothing about it. My gosh is it good. One friend, who likes the finer things in life when it comes to food and drink, said it was spectacular. So then it became the "special" bottle. When it came out, you only got 1 shot. I almost cried when we emptied the bottle. Great stuff.

Bacardi?I keep it simple - Rum and Coke works for me.
Why ruin good ripple with champagne?

Yikes that is pricey, cool bottle.I’m kinda partial to the Rock and Rye myself. My son gave me a bottle of this stuff, which I enjoyed …. but it’s gotten a little pricey, if you can find it!

Now try to find one…… I was at a bar at Christmas with a good friend and he spotted a bottle of Blantons on the bar…. He had a couple of shots had a bit left in the bottle and poured it in …..I’m sure the girls had no idea…..they gave him the cork horse…. My buddy has the whole set of horses and a bucket of corks….. he said they just go for a couple dollars on lineYikes that is pricey, cool bottle.
Its fine. There are just better options at that price point. I’ll drink ten high or Virginia gentlemen but I do prefer a more refined option. So I stumbled on this thread with my phone. Doesn’t anyone like Makers? It’s my go to here in about 8 seconds. View attachment 140284
