We just celebrated our 2nd anniversary of 450 EB ownership. I have been keeping my logbook accurate and we now have 325 hours on the boat. She had just under 1,000 hours on the clocks when we got her.
The Admiral and yours truly on the flybridge. :)

Awesome! Great pic! My '02 had 750 hrs two yrs ago June on acquisition, now 1035 hrs. Loving every moment, for us, monthly.

My model year but mine is 3sr. Liking the ask price. Don't see a dinghy.

I ordered a new shade for the slider/cockpit from Boatswain's Locker. Our boat spent the previous 15 years or so before we owned her in a covered slip, however the stern was exposed to the sun of the Delta in Northern California. The bimini top is in great shape, its just the shade that was worn out. $815.31 was my grand total and it should be ready in 5 weeks.

Well after 3 months of owners ship we truly are enjoying our new boat! We love it more each time we use.
Lots of cleaning has been done along with making the boat look like ours!
Also just had the Valve lash done yesterday and it now sounds like a swiss watch!

Our table is no where near as fancy as Roosevelt14’s. I stayed with the fiberglass base and the stock adjustable post and had a new top built. I also had a Sunbrella cover made for it. It’s narrow enough to slide to the starboard side to open the engine room hatch.

beautiful table. Anyone know where I could get one of these table bases?

The base on our new table which I was worried about be heavy enough (made out of the same material as our table top) has been more than heavy enough, its not tippy at all! Something to consider...

I did a couple of searches and found that "PW Marine" might have been the OEM supplier of the table bases for Sea Ray. I went to the only US based "PW Marine" website and found they do manufacture parts for numerous brands, but I don't see the table base listed in their "products" section. https://pwmarineoem.com/

See this thread: http://www.clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/where-is-a-good-place-to-purchase-a-cockpit-table.38813/

Just a brief update on this. I got into my office today and saw a new email from Boatswain. I ordered the new shade on 8-16-22. 13 days later they sent me a notification that my order is complete and shipped out today. Less than two weeks is a very nice turn around!

I did not get a picture of it extended. I did look under the canvas to see the mechanism and the arms that extend. I circled the previous picture where you turn the device to extend the arms. I'm guessing this is similar to what is used on an RV canopy.

I really like this! Our boat when docked, get the heat of the late day sun and fully covering the cockpit would be ideal!! Great idea!

Hope everyone is have an amazing summer! As we get closer to end of the season here in New England, does anyone have a goods winterizing checklist or lessons learned for the process. I would like to learn from some pros and not learn a hard lesson on my first post season experience!

Check out this list I found last year. It is post #308 on page 16 of this thread with a checklist that you can copy and print.

Thank you! I thought I saw this when first joining the group! Now I know where to go! Now to print and build a binder to keep with boat and keep all this great data in one place and easy to find!!

How many of you southern boaters have to perform winter prep for your boats?!

My 450EB is in Ft. Meyers, so zero winter prep. My 25' Sorrento is under marina dock roof in a lake in GA. I use an Xtreme electric bilge heater for Dec-Mar and do not winterize the engine. It kicks on at 40°, shuts off at 50°. It plugs into a boat outlet, shore power hooked up. I also check on her every 2-3 weeks and run the engine up to temperature, 10-15 minutes duration. During freezes, I'll check to be sure the heater is operating besides merely visualizing the on-light that denotes power. Batteries remain onboard, water tank empty, porta-potti removed, and cockpit surround installed.
