It's the 'nicest' because the four mounting bolts go thru the cockpit dash fiberglass bulkhead, relieving the stress on the vinyl panel. And all the TV HDMI outlets are all prewired into the electrical panel area, for additional equipment, like the Sound Bar mounted in the V Berth. And the Dockside Panel Door clears the TV !!! Which does not need to be opened all the time to get to the Stereo, due to the creative relocation of the Stereo...

Lowes Smartcore Pro. Waterproof. Stripped the carpet. 12" grinding pad (homemade) with 24 grit disk.
Sanded the entire floor. Hit the high areas. Mixed Bondo and Styrene, poured the floor and troweled it. Sanded again. Very flat! Everything is flush to the floor top.
