Hey Guys! Just signed up. New to the forum and new to SeaRay. Just picked up a 1995 Sundancer 250. I've been lurking a bit and found some great tips already.

Boat is in Babylon, Long Island, NY and I usually head over to Ocean Beach, Fire Island. Looking for some little beach areas in the Great South Bay I can anchor up and hang out for a while.

Congrats and welcome. You know part of the rules is to post pics. So lets see them. Can't help you out for Great South Bay as farthest east on the Island I have gone with my boat is over by Jones Beach.

Welcome to the site and congrats. Not sure if your new to boating in general but watch the waters between the islands just north of fire island and fire island itself. One foot outside the markers and your in trouble. 1 foot or less at low tide. But there are tons of areas were people hook up and hang out I will ask someone who hangs out over there alot and will post back. Take a little ride to zacks bay (Jones beach theater) one weekend and hang out for the say. Message me if u ever have plans to head over. Best of luck
