Back on topic...That was difficult to watch last night and really got to me. I was wondering how they did CPR with all the pads and such still on, guessing they ripped it all off. I think the ESPN broadcasters did a nice job handling it.

 

He went into ventricular fibrillation, they defibrillated his heart. This is similar to using a precordial thump to resuscitate cardiac arrest. The interesting item will be if they find he had myocarditis. That hit appeared typical in football.

No one knows if there is a relationship between his collapse and it hasn't (As far as I know at this time) been announced that he had taken the vaccine. That's the political part....

From a cardiologist that I know, it was indicated that it had all the classic signs of "Commotio cordis" - hence the reason I brought it up. I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night so take it as you will...

Both thoughts are conjecture at this point until the doctors or family release the findings of his treatment and examinations. With HIPAA we may never exactly know what happened.

 

Can you help us understand how the question of his C19 vaccine is political?
And yes, all the internet cardiologist have googled the same Commotio Cordis which is a highly rare and mathematically almost impossible cause. The timing of the impact would have to have been perfect, in the perfect location, in between systolic and diastolic phases of a single heart beat.

Wow. I watch a guy on youtube called Rebuild Rescue. He has been buying and rebuilding airplanes. Just watched an episode yesterday where he was going to try to buy Elvis's old jet through Mecum auctions and Lisa Marie was at the auction site talking about the plane.

 

I saw that episode, been following his rebuild of the 401 (kinda crazy). That was Priscilla on the video, not Lisa Marie. Very sad.
