If I do a prime rib I put a kitchen bouquet over the whole thing a little olive oil salt pepper, get the drippings and make Yorkshire pudding. Very good

Honestly, a few of the threads the bots drag up are worth bringing to the top of the index
 
There are many places for Wagyu. My two top favorite are Snake River Farms and Kow Steaks right now.
With all due respect, it looks amazing, but, JHC! Serious Ching.



PS: Got 1 problem, I don't pay big buck's for "frozen" beef.
So, I'm out.
