I found this on another board that I cannot mention here, I also do not know if this is true or false. If true one of the products involved is Tempo paints that we all by for the boat.

Tempo marine has closed its doors, permenantly.
There is no way to even get remaining stock from them. So any one who needs engine spray paint, fuel system parts or fuel tanks, battery boxes, engine flushers, etc., needs to move fast as we are running out of parts every day."
