TaylorMarine FastBack Installation Instructions - HELP!

Looked all over the forums, but I can't seem to find any working links to the installation instructions. I just discovered my 03 340 Dancer came with a TaylorMarine Fastback top, but I have no instructions. Does anyone have a copy they could scan and post or DM to me??

My 410 came with one too. I haven't taken it out of the bag yet because I'm using the mooring cover, but I'm interested in hearing how you make out with it.
