Surveyors; Not all the same

I have had two experiences with SAMS surveyors this year; one great, one.... not so much. Al Prisco is first rate and I would recommend him to anyone. What has been the groups experience?

It's like with any type of service. It's best if you can have recommendations from people you trust. Otherwise, it's either hit or a miss.

I would not recommend this guy from Florida west coast.

Thanks for the note, but I created the page just for additional information purpose. I have separate site with the official price and other info. Anyway, to answer your question, it's $95K OBO. On the other hand, now that you mentioned, I updated the page so it's more clear.
