Thanks; however, by the time that read your post I have already contacted someone else. A search of the forum provided recommendations from 3-6 years ago which I used to contact several surveyors. I was hoping for a more recent recommendation. Thanks again.

Capt John Bannister 561-255-4139 He did mine last fall. Extreamly detailed I was very impressed.
