Didn't get the full report back yet but the surveyor says the boat is in very good condition. So I'm very happy about that.
However the buyer who is purchasing my boat I cannot make contact with since last week. And wouldn't know the lender who I will be obtaining my loan from will most likely want a proof of paid in full on my current boat before they grant me this new loan.
So if anyone is interested in a 2004 260 Sundancer at a fire sale price please contact me.
I can't wait until I'm sitting on my new boat and this whole ordeal is over. It is so much easier to purchase from a dealer and not have to worry about the broker and sale of your own boat. Yes I am getting my new boat for so much cheaper so in the end it will be worth it.
