Had a good looking 93 300 weekender surveyed. Transom, hull bone dry, engine stinger showed 22% aftward in a area & 14-17% forward in a spot. Hammer test was solid as could be. Nada shows 24k, surveyor said 21k, i'm at 17k. Do i have a stringer issue? Surveyor say's that's typical of sea ray

I have been told up to 28 is still good but over 30 is not. 14-17 is very good. I would not be concerned with 22 either as long as there is none higher. Make sure the drainage (limber) holes in the stringers are completed sealed where drilled through. However even with high 30+ readings the wood core can still be very solid and serviceable for years. Core sampling will answer the questions for sure. Remember you will want to sell the boat at some time.
