Sundeck 240 bathroom hinges and screws fell out.

upgrade to the hinges and screws for the bathroom door for sundeck.
Im sure is a problem with the design of the bathroom. I've installed size up in screws,
Inserts into the fiber glass..
No luck, trip or two in summer. And the door back on the dock.
Keeps Falling off.

It needs suggestions?

I have had a few sun decks and never had issues with the hinges. Maybe show a few pics. One idea would be to thru bolt

Yes, we'll need a better description and some pics to help better. This is not a normal occurence nor a design flaw - I have seen many, MANY 240SD's like yours and never came across this problem. Besides, if it was a design flaw this would have been happening for the last 20 years - rather than just recently? This doesn't negate your problem - only that it's not a known issue so we'll need more info.

Are you able to write in more complete sentences? It's a bit hard to follow exactly what you are saying? For example, your first sentence "upgrade to the hinges and screws for the bathroom door for sundeck."... what does that mean?

Looking at pictures of other 04 Sundecks, looks like the hinge is a piano style. Are the screw holes stripped on the door side or where it screws into the bulkhead? I've had to do a repair on my boat where I filled in the screw holes with epoxy and re-drilled new holes. Actually, Lazy Daze recommended the West Systems Epoxy and it has worked great for that. I've had to do several other small repairs with it as well that worked out. I'm happy to share my experience if you think it'll help.
