Sundancer 320DA and BBQs - What to do!?

So I have just bought my 320DA and am very excited for launch next week. I am a big BBQer so first priority was buying one. I went to West Marine and identified a nice Magma rectangular grill. I was think of mounting it using the fishing rod holder mount. My question is this - the BBQ will not be far from the gas cap (Port side) and the gas tank vent. So this would appear risky to me. The store didn't seem to think so. If it doesn't mount there then where????

On my 320 I added a table mount under the swim ladder hatch and kept a table in the transom garage. Wheit was BBQ time I set the table up and put the BBQ on it. No splatter in the cockpit! I'll be doing something similar on my 410.

Do you have a rod holder on the starboard side? Obvious question, I know. Had to ask. I think you'd be ok but always better safe than sorry. I recently upgraded from the Magma Kettle to the Newport w/locking rod holder mount. LOVE IT!!! Cooked on it the first time and MUCH easier to regulate the temp than my kettle. Got the cool bag to store and for trips home for good cleaning. You could probably even go with the Catalina since you have more deck space. Lot's of posts on grill mounts on the site. I'll post pics of mine asap (photobucket site is down for maintenance).
