Need to replace a corroded knob on my transom fresh water washdown. Not sure if I can get just a knob, but I need to remove the knob just to get the valve out also. Anyone know a way to remove the knob if it appears stuck? It looks like it's pressed on. Don't want to break anything!

I figured it out. There is an end cap with a screw under it. Can't figure out how to delete the original post though.

No need to delete the post just because you solved your own problem. Leave it there for the edification of the next guy.

Do you have a picture? Mine was from whitecap industires.

Reminds me that I need to take mine apart over the winter. All seems good on the outside, but there is barely any pressure when we used it during the season. Have to take it apart and see what’s going on in there.
