I have an 84 390ec that will be a blank canvas. (It is complete) I got this project that was used as a live aboard at a marina. Had it lifted, trailered and setup next to my shop. Other than that I have little invested. I got it because I wanted a long term project. Does anyone here have any structural knowledge on the stateroom and shower walls. It is only glassed in with a single layer at the top. If these are in fact structural by design would an actual full port to starboard upper bulkhead fully glassed in perpendicular to the hull be an adequate solution to remove the stateroom dividing wall. I have a little more open design in mind. Why don’t I buy something that more suits my vision? Because I love the exterior design but not thrilled with the width of the hallway and like I said I need a project. (And my wife is all hands on deck!)
