Hi,

Looking to find the name of the vendor who supplied Sea Ray with the Strata Glass enclosure for a 2013 580 Sedan Bridge? Thanks!

More than likely they are going to ask if you have the original pattern tube. Without it they may not be able to make replacements without creating their own template.

Depending on your needs you may want to explore polycarbonate options. Unfortunately it will not roll but it will take bends.

The clarity because of the rigidness makes it look like a windshield. You can still use Strata (or something else) for panels that you want to roll.

Your boat info (500 Sundancer) is out of date?

I dunno who made our 2006 bridge enclosures, but... the cockpit canvas was by Boatswain's Locker and they recently supplied us with a missing panel (think I mentioned that in the 58DB thread). I suspect that means they may be a candidate for having supplied the bridge enclosure.

They also asked to confirm their labels were on the segments we already had, and they asked for hull number.

Thank you!

It'd be nifty to know your hull number :)

I started an experiment, here:

HULL NUMBERS

I just experimentally entered our hull number into my "Personal Details"...

Thinking it might be interesting if other owners might like to do the same...

We have brothers (or sisters) - mine is DB 534!

Yep, I'd seen that upthread, quite some time ago. If you leave out the words "Sea Ray" then it looks like "20xx 58DB #xxxx" (without quotes) fits in the avatar window nicely.

:)

And of course you'll probably find a boatload of other useful info in that thread, too.

PO redid my enclosure with EZ2CY. Clarity is amazing. Problem is that they put a U shape opening in the rear but not the front, and finding a shop that will work with this stuff is hard.

I thought it was glued in, but had the canvas guy based at Harbortown, Ft Pierce look at it and he said it was sewn (was hard to see the stitches). He said he uses a diamond needle. Trying to get him to install a U while we are here for a few days.

The only saving grace to no front U is that bridge had AC.
