After a successful launch day and got my baby tucked into the boathouse... a fairly severe storm rolls across the coast. I went to check on mine this morning (all good thankfully) but some other folks weren't so fortunate. I took some pictures from around 'my' marina...

Holy Cow. Saw the reports of the B.C. wind storms on The National tonight. Here in Toronto, we've had a sudden (and undoubtedly short-lived) outbreak of summer. Visited out marina this afternoon and the thermometer at the marina (in the shade) read 31 C. Thermometre in the car read 29C. We did not have a single day as nice in the entire month of July 2009!!!
