We've been watching the progress on the locks and are glad to see them open for boats and tugs/barges. There's a lot of stored grain and other that needs to be moved to market and the tugs are running full steam.

We toured Ice Harbor Dam and Lock last weekend. That's the first tour at Ice Harbor since 9/11/2001 when they were stopped. It was interesting and nice to see how our tax dollars are spent.
