Starter Stud bolt

I went to replace my starter this afternoon and found out that my starter was only mounted in with one stud bolt. Come to find out the other one has been broken off at the threads. WoW!! Can my local sea ray dealer back this out and retap it so the starter will be mounted correctly????

yes, but it will be an engine out job.

If you like to hang your head upside down maybe....just maybe with the help of PB blaster you could use a small prick punch and tap it out.
What have you got to loose? I don't think that the dealer would help you.
