Notice the stainless steel fixture in the head of this 2006 260DA. I've seen it on a few other Sea Rays, but my '06 and most that I have seen have the plastic fixture. I have not seen this listed as an option anywhere. Can anyone who has one shed some light on to how they got it and if they like it? Thanks!

My 2007 260 has the one in the photo above (not the one on the SR web site). I took delivery yesterday.

I guess it's one of those items they updated in the middle of the model year as some of the '06's have 'em, some don't. I do like the look of it better and might consider getting a hold of one. Can anyone who uses the stainless version confirm that it works well? Thanks!

You better make sure the shower mount is similar on the wall. You might find out it has a different "footprint" or needs to be mounted in a different location too. You may even have holes to fill in (patch) on the gel coat too.

I am in the middle of changing my faucet to a single lever basin faucet without the pull out shower. I am adding a separate shower control and shower head, mounting the control and bulkhead connection under the sink on the "vanity".

You can find much better faucets than those that come original with the boat. I went with Scandvik.

One of the first things I changed on the last two SRs I owned were the faucets. I went to Home Depot and bought something for a house. They looks lots better.
