Here are some quick and easy ones that I’m glad I did:
Cockpit flooring.
Smart TV’s.
Replaced vinyl boot stripe.
LED bulbs in the cabin and cockpit.

I had a 1989 390 for ten years.-----Got tired of the kicking and sliding around of the inevitable extra cooler in the cockpit when we had extra guests on board and not enough room in the fridge for the extra drinks.

If you still have the original large rear bench seat across the transom---3 storage compartments??
I found an Igloo cooler that fit into one of the storage cutouts. placed it inside and cut the top edge of cooler off so it was flush with top of bench box. Glassed in the now rough edge, made a lid and then placed the cushion back on top. Cooler was well insulated from sun, and out of the way.

Seadek is nice looking for sure.
Fuel flow sensors/gauges is a nice modification and winter project too.
I installed them on my old boat and really miss having them on this boat. They were cheap and easy for me with that boat because I had a Garmin setup and was able to just add their GFS 10 sensors in to the fuel lines and connect them to the backbone.
Several years earlier I had installed a Flo Scan for my Uncle on his 22’ boat and he loved it.
Unfortunately the cost benefit doesn’t work out for me with diesels though.
