I just pulled mine apart for the same reason. The functions haven’t worked in two years, but we’ve decided to “shelter in place” on the dock so it’s time to fix problems. Lots of corrosion in the switch. Cleaned it out and now works fine. Nic

If it is just the bulb then that can be replaced with an LED bulb if you are okay with only one setting (on instead of spot/beam). We has a discussion about this last year (http://www.clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/spotlight-bulb-replacement.84698/) and they are similar to aircraft lights.

I got the PAR36 LED 18w. The shadow of the boat in the middle picture was across a highway outside the marina.
