Speaker upgrade options

Hey guys and gals, new to the boards. I am trying to give my wife some hints for Christmas ideas for me. Well I got to thinking that just the two speakers that are mounted in the back of the Sea Ray just arent enough. So what are you guys running as far as more speakers in the front, subs, Amps etc????? Thanks in advance from a fireman in Louisiana.

1 Eclipse XA-4000 amp with 2 Bose Outdoor speakers and 2 MB Quart Premiums for the mids and highs in the cockpit
1 Eclipse XA-1000 amp with 2 10"JL Audio subs for the lows in the cockpit
1 Rockford Fosgate Power T-400-2 amp with 2 JL Audio M770 ETX-SG-TB http://marine.jlaudio.com/products_enclosuers.php?prod_id=450 enclosed speakers for everything - also spin around to face the beach.

Where is a good place to mount the amps out of the weather. I have lots of room under the passenger side where the radio already is. Keeps the suggestions coming.
