I put one in a 92' 300 dancer over the winter. 4 channel alpine(300 watt) polk audio db 651's, 1 pair, and a 6.5 bazooka tube sub. all driven by the alpine amp. It sounds very good not outstanding, for what it cost. Volume of 22 of 35 is very loud and clear. I put the Apline in the closet directly inside the cabin on the portside (that is where my couch is with sink and head on starboard) and the sub under the back seat. I have a 300w amp and Kicker sub(too big for me) for sale. $100 for both. Great deal it is an SKM10 sub. go to crutchfield to look up spec's. Let me know if you have any other questions. rf

Thank you for the reply. I worry about heat build up from the amp. Were you OK with the location? Your offer is a deal but the Alpine is what I have on hold at a Best Buy right now. Thanks again YKNOTWP

Location works fine, I have about 30 hours on them not heating up at all. then again we haven't seen 80 degrees this spring in boston Awful!
