Yesterday while at home watching the snow coming down with nothing to do. The door bell rang around 11 am, and the Admiral went to answer the door. I hear all this laughing out in the living room. It turned out a group of eight of our marina friends where outside “playing” in the snow. I hear “Honey the boat people are here”,

Well we invited them in to warm up by the fire, and then of course with some drinks. Well that got what turned out to be a winter snow party started. After spending some time at our house, we all put the snow suits on and went out to play some more. Eventually finding our way to other of our boating friends home for some more food, drinks and partying.

It turned out to be a great time with our marina group, which would not be possible if not for all of the new friends we have met because of boating.

This is one of the reasons my Admiral and I got into boating this year was to make new friends.

That's the neat part of boating

Sort of like a "Fuzzy Snow Angel". Looking forward to meeting you guys on the water this summer Bill now that I have two new hips.
George

We are looking forward to meeting you as well George. I am sure a trip down to Pleasure Cove will be in order next season. Glad everything is working out well with your hip replacement, you ready for a tryout with the Ravens?
