Someone buy my car!

It's yellow with a metallic silver leather interior?

An insurance guy that I know just bought the same model with 80,000 for $9,500. It was cherry and looked showroom. After driving it for three months, some idiot ran a red light and totaled it! Fortunately my friend wasn't hurt, but now he wants to find another one and can't find one in Spokane. The closest is in Portland, but the pictures aren't nearly as good as the one he just bought.

It's an M3 - that is all you need to know.

Reminds me of my 1979,26 foot, yellow Searay. When I ask the dealer what it was worth, he said, "First you have to find someone who likes yellow." It also had cool yellow, orange, and black plaid cushions down below.

Thats got YOU written all over it Frank..........A V6 gasser with 95k miles on it!

I've never owned a car with less than a V8. Stuff a V12 into it and maybe we can talk. Although there is that silver leather interior...

That's a little pricey for that car. I just got rid of a 1999 323ic (convertible) that was white/white leather with the M trim package and it had less than 30K miles, lived in a garage and didn't have a mark on it... and that's about what I got for it.

Not to bash the OP, but I wouldn't own another BMW... I had to get it towed in every year and get it worked on when I decided to drive it. Those cars do not like sitting unused for 6+ months.

I have a Mercedes that suffers the same problems... Anyone want a 2000 S500 with 50K miles on it?

I'm an all-american car fan now... Honda.

You can have my 2008 "All American" cadillac sts....the car SUCKS!!!!!! Been in the shop three times for tranmission issues, been in the shop for a recall on something else (can't remember) and had to have a tow truck pull the POS out of the garage because the computer locked out the starter/battery/igninition circuit one morning.....and the car's only 16 months old....

This is my 3rd, and my LAST, cadillac ....All three have had some issues, the worst being the '86 v8 fleetwood fwd that had the motor replaced two times....I swore off caddys back then, but in a weak moment, I went back in '03 for an v8 sts.

My next car will be made in America....by American workers.....but NOT a cadillac!!!!

The next time I step in the cadillac salesroom will be to throw them back the keys to their car...... (thank God I leased and didn't buy this time around).....and bid them farewell....unfortunately, I'll porbably have to see their damn service department a few more times over the next 20 months!!!

I do that every year, let my boat sit for 6 months.

Let you boat sit for 6 months, see how well it works after that, UNUSED for six months.....bet it would need a lot of crap replaced.

Up here, where we have winter, boats sit for 3-6 months unused every year....sure, some have problems, but the vast majority don't. I've never had a problem getting things going in the spring after letting my boat sit.....

That car is worth every penny he's asking! There's a market for them too. List it on www.bimmerforums.com and www.m3forum.com and I bet it will sell quickly. Very nice ride.

Here's my M3/4/5...

I am sure you winterize your boat and take precautions because you know it is going to sit for that lenght of time. I am sure Gary did not do that for his car. Just parked it and let it sit.
