SoldBoats.com Access??

Does anyone have access to SoldBoats.com or Bucnet?? I'm looking at a '01 280 and need to get the comps on what has sold in the past 30 to 60 days.

Is the BUC Personalized Boat Evaluation Service worth the $$? roughly $50.00. Do they provide good solid accurate info??

Looking at sold boats.com, there has been only one 280 Dancer with twin 4.3's sold in the great lakes region between July 07 and Oct 07. That boat was sold in Michigan for 61K. The asking price was 69K

If you are sure that is the boat that you want, 54K seem like a fair price. There was a 2001 28 dancer that sold in Wisconsin for 50K in Feb of this year with a 454 brovo 111. Just make sure that is the boat you want so your not looking for twins next year. I have to admit I don't use my gen set alot. But when you go to resell the boat it make a big difference to the majority of buyers.

Bottom Line,
soldboat.com says that there were no 36 dancers sold in the midwest from Jan 07 through Oct 07 which would include MO. There were six 36 dancers sold in the Great lakes area during that same time period. They sold between 153K to 170K

You have some info access I like. I am looking for a 350/370 DA '90 - '94. These seem to list around $70 -$80K in the Lake Michigan territories. Can you offer any help in what a reasonable contract price could be?

I'll bet you do like the free info. At $468 per year to subscribe to the service, it's lucky thomas' company paid
for his access, and he is willing to help.

You can call a local broker, and many will give you the info as well.
