I have a set of 4 blade Nibral props 21 X 23 X 1.5 for sale. They were spares from a 380DA with 8.1S 370HP. New they would cost about $1400 each plus some rework $$$$.....I was told that they were prop scanned when I got them in 2005 and they haven't been on the boat since. I don't have a real history on them as I bought them from SS3 in their Peekskill, NY shop when I bought my 2002 380DA.

Was Asking $1400 for both......see new lower price below.....

Alex, mine (8.1s) came with 18 X 21.5 (L) and 18 X 21 (R) 4 blade. Not sure why one is 21 pitch and the other is 21.5, but that's what is on scan sheet from Mikado.

I'm just at the right RPMS otherwise, I'd scoop them up.

You're right WL ... the 340 has 18x21 four blade and my 2002 has 18x22 three blade props.

These might be too big and steep for my 340 with 8.1S engines and 2.00:1 trannies.

What trannie reduction did the 380DA have to allow it to run bigger props like these with the same engines ??

Waterlogged:

My neighbor has a 38DA and he also has two different pitches.....we never did get a real answer from Sea Ray on that one....but he has 21 X 22 and 21 X 22.5.....he has the 420 HO engines

Alex:

I don't remember what the reduction on my 380DA trannies were....... :smt017

Local prop shop just called and they may have a pair of used props for me.....soooooo....I REALLY want to sell the ones I have. before I put them up on ebay, I'll throw out a new price here......$900 for the pair.....The prop shop doesn't take trade-in's but he will let me leave them in his shop for sale......so that may be where they go.....

I wonder if the 380DA had 2.50:1 trannies??

Thanks osd!! I figured that's why it swung bigger props ... me with my 2.00:1 ZF Hurth 630V trannies need the smaller four blade 340 props
