Your location says Catawba, maybe that's just where you boat... Here on Catawba Island, in town Port Clinton & Marblehead it's 3" to 4" tops. Sun is out and everything I've plowed is melted to the bare concrete &/or blacktop.Mrs. Smith woke up to 8" this morning and she was joyfully surprised
How about this...what's better than a foot of snow in WI?....6" in VirginiaYour location says Catawba, maybe that's just where you boat... At least with cold weather you can dress for it. Excessive heat and humidity are more difficult for some of us.Ya … you can put on all the winter clothes on you want….. it still sucks. But I would probably complain in Florida’s summers too….. so you are right to each his own…. some guys are just complainers
Guessin you'd be one of the many I saw come and go in Florida. People up here keep their homes and cars like meat lockers in the summer. Me, 78° in the house and windows down in the truck in the summer. I was used to 110 days of 90° a year.At least with cold weather you can dress for it. Yep. We used to keep our Sea Ray at 55 degrees and would hang out down below until we got cold and would then go up to the cockpit until we got too warm. Would move back and forth and then sleep under a heavy comforter at night. We keep the house at 64 at night for sleeping and turn the air off when we get up. By 11:00 PM it warms up to about 74, and we dial it down again. I usually have the AC cranked to max in the Porsche when the top is down. Much more comfortable than roasting.Guessin you'd be one of the many I saw come and go in Florida. People up here keep their homes and cars like meat lockers in the summer. Nope she just got plowed.Gotta ask---did it snow last night?
This is me, I never wear long pants until it gets down around Zero, either temp or wind chill. Except when I have to go to work of course. An example....my neighbor 2 doors down was walking his dog in shorts and a hoodie this afternoon. Me...insulated jeans, turtleneck, hoodie, parka, stocking cap and 2 hoods up clearing the snow and I'm still cold....

I got the joke, but it would've made sense if we actually got 8" of snow(on Catawba).LOL…. I don’t think that’s what he meant
Actually supposed to be very nice this weekend in Oklahoma, just thought Id throw this out there
Same here in SE Washington state. Sunny skies, temps in the upper 40's and no wind. Time to start yard work.Actually supposed to be very nice this weekend in Oklahoma, just thought Id throw this out there
