Winter Storm Warning has intensified and we now have a forecast of 6" to 10". Not fun here in the mountain state. Thankfully Monday is MLK day so most of the normal traffic will be off the roads. I will get my second opportunity to use my snow blower.

Basketball is ranked down with cricket for me. Just don't like it. When I was young and dumb, I skied at Mt Brighton when it was a little bump in the landscape and owned a TNT440 Skidoo. Also played lake hockey as well as indoors at Windsor arena, Munn at MSU and Yost in Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, high schools didn't have teams back then. Now? The dog is the only reason I go out. I'd rather be complaining about the weather in the 60's back home in Florida today.

I think you have to get out and enjoy the seasons. Winter clothes have gotten so good that you can be outdoors all day and stay warm. We have been all over Michigan in the winter. Places that are beautiful in the summer are just as beautiful in the winter. Each to their own.
