The awesome looking stealth bomber...I saw one a couple of years ago. The one thing I noticed about it was...as the plane approached us, we could not hear the engines, but just as it got past us, we could hear the engines.

Threw the camera in the air as high as I could... thankfully my remote shutter cord is long enough.
Actually, I was surprised to see it, am used to heli after heli... lots of commercial and some fighters, but only once or twice a year greeted by one of those bad boys.
Wish I would have had time to get a photo of it as I was just off the Kennedy Center and he came up over the Kennedy north over the Watergate and then banked east out of the commercial lane that continues up the river.

Almost every year we get to see one of those babies at the Indianapolis 500. It flies over at the end of the national anthem. I think it is one of the most beautiful things to see live. It goes so slow it looks like it should fall out of the sky.

I saw one of those over Lake St Clair two years ago for the Blue Angels air show.
One of the most awe inspiring sites imagineable. It's really hard to comprehend how that "wing" just flies!
Now, imagine being the OTHER guys seeing that in not so friendly conditions :smt018
