It was a great weekend.

Lt. Dan, yes the new GPS is working out just fine, we ended up with the 535s

Gregg, thanks. And my mother always spelled my name the incorrect way, with 3 g's except on the birth certificate!

Dave S, Yes we were the only pleasure boat. During our two days out, we did see one bass boat... but that was it.

You guys make me feel like wimp for not going out last Sunday. It was 58' and drizzling here..... You guys are out in the snow!
Looks like you had a great time.

Greg,
haven't been to LC in a while. Sure looks good. How much snow did they get down there? Large amounts of wet snow sometime cause dock roofs to collapse.

We only got about 3", but for southern KY, it was enough to shut everything down except for a couple of crazy boaters:lol: I know you guys got hammered with about 15" or so...
Come on down and visit with us on LC this summer.

It was 25' on Saturday and got up to 46' on Sunday and yes, it was a super great time. One of those times that you look at each other and ask, "are we crazy for doing this?" And you both agree that you each are certifiable and start laughing as you wait for the padded wagon to show up with the straight jackets!:smt001:smt001:smt001:smt001

absolutely awesome!! You guys are some hard core boaters!!! That trek to the boat looked fun. Great pictures too, thanks for sharing with all of us.

I bought my 320 last year (May) from a party at Lake Cumberland.. Wow, a Beautiful area, but sure tough to get a boat out of there...Also had some issues with the dam leaking and the water level was very low..

Hope it's better now and that you get to enjoy plenty of days out on the lake.

The pictures above are at the current level, 680ft above sea level. Which is down about 43 ft from it's normal pool. The dam repair is scheduled to take 5-7 years. But there is still Plenty of lake left to enjoy!!!

Thumbs up...I thought I was the only insane one out on the lake this past weekend!..what a really cool experience!...especially when it was comming down heavy!. We had four inches this past weekend here in middle TN...and yep I had the whole lake to myself!....
