Snow blowers in Midatlantic

Well it's done. While I was working from home today my son said he found one that would work. It was near where we keep the boat and about two years old. I told him it was more than I wanted to spend and his response was "Buy once, cry once". So there you have it. We have an Ariens Pro 28 about two years old that looks brand new. He came home with it and tackled the remaining heavy wet snow drifts of 3-5 feet. It chewed right thru and shot that snow about 25 feet wet.. I have to admit it's pretty cool. Probably way more than I need but it's here now. Thanks for all the feedback!

Take heart in the fact that by purchasing it, you will probably not need it this year.

You are correct. This is what I purchased to get rid of the snow in my driveway this winter. Guess what? It was the best insurance for "NO SNOW" in Indianapolis. We have had 11 inches this winter. So Far.

I purchased the Expedition and snow plow last summer.

I've been using the lawn mower for 7 years. Best $300 I have ever spent.
