I got my new cockpit cover from Great Lakes.. Perfect match for 10 year old canvas!

Anyhow, I need to install new snaps, my camper cover has only snaps at the top of the windsheild and different areas along the sides.

Anyone have any pics or good description of location of the snaps towards under the windsheild and around the radar arch? Not sure if I need to install them in the base of the windsheld, or on the gelcoat area below. I wish I could use some of the same snap locations as my isenglass in the rear, but not looking likely.

Any help is appreciated.

You should be able to use at least some of the snaps that are already on the side of the boat (around the rear cockpit area) and the back of the boat.

Start with the ones in the back, center.

Next, stretch the canvas up and over the center of the windshield, using the seam in the canvas for centering. More than likely, you're going to be able to stretch it to the fiberglass. Instal a couple snaps to hold the canvas centered.

Fill in from there. I usually do the corners next. Make sure to pull it tight to each corner.

It will stretch out some, so make it as tight as you can.
