Smartcraft vesselview fuel question

starboard engine had over 1/4 tank and next morning sitting in slip smartcraft reads nothing in tank and analog gauge also reads empty. There is fuel in tank.

Also depth only reads intermittently and sea temp is a steady 180° F

These things are buggy eh? Trying to find a manual. Not sure what model I have but does anyone know any tricks?

I know transducer could be going bad but fuel gauge too? I don’t even know how to reset this unit. Thanks.
