Mercruiser said unles some air?ars? box is not installed the anolog guages dont work with the sc5000 ,thanks in advance

The VesselView is the "commander" of your system link (gauges) devices - as far as I remember. It might be a bit dependent on WHEN in 2006 your boat was build.

But I think the normal is you have system link connectors coming out of the vesselview that both powers- and send data to the System Link gauges. Each System Link gauge gets its data from the "previous" gauge - so they are connected in serial - so like this ( SC5000 -> System Link Gauge 1 -> SL gauge 2 -> SL gauge 3) - so if the link from SC5000 to the first gauge is broken - the rest wont show anything.

So it might be as simple as a loose connector - it might be one gauge is broken - keeping the "rest" from displaying anything.

But look behind the "dash" and check the wiring first. If each instrument is connected to the previous with 3 wire connectors - then it is the System Link system.

thanks will do !!!! i will have to wait till april, the boat is rapped up lol

SOON SOON
